Customer order information is only used to process your order and is never shared with anyone. Customer email addresses are used to send shipment updates and occasional updates regarding VINTAGE HOME lifestyle sales and products.
We take pride in packing your item(s) to ensure they will arrive safely to their new home. We try to use recycled paper and recycled boxes when possible. All while ensuring that your item(s) of choice will ship safely to your home yet help to enable us in our mission to help the Earth stay green.
All shipping rates are for U.S. Postal Service. Standard delivery time is 3 - 7 days from the day your parcel is shipped for Domestic and 7 - 16 days. Please note these are quoted times through the carriers and transit times may vary with your shipment. We can not be held responsible for carriers transit variations. .
Regular processing time to ship your parcel is two to three business days after payment has been made by customer.
We ship to 48 contiguous states. for Alaska & Hawaii orders: Please email us prior to placing your order. You will be quoted a cost for shipping to your location. If you would like to make a purchase at that time, you will be billed for your total order cost via a Pay Pal invoice. Orders will not ship until payment has been received. Thank you.
