Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are also welcome but merchandise will not ship until the check has cleared. California residents are subject to 8% sales tax. All other states are tax exempt.
Terms and Conditions
Customer satisfaction is our main goal at VINTAGE HOME lifestyle. We want you to be totally happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not pleased let us know within 10 days of receipt of shipment of merchandise so we can help you with an exchange, store credit, or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A Return Authorization number is required before any item can be returned. Please call or email us to receive this number. The item must be returned in original packaging in brand new, unused condition and insured for full value.
Custom orders: Custom orders require payment in full at time of order. There are no returns on custom orders.
VINTAGE HOME lifestyle ships within 3 to 4 wks. We ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Sometimes customer demands exceed our supply and items are backordered. In the event that this happens, you will be contacted. You can either cancel your order and receive a full refund or wait until that must-have item becomes available! All larger items will be shipped via freight carrier.
VINTAGE HOME lifestyle makes every attempt to get you the best shipping rate possible. Please call us if you'd like an estimated shipping quote. You are always welcome to make your own shipping arrangements. VINTAGE HOME lifestyle has no control over manufacturers delays in shipping and cannot be held responsible. We ship to all 50 United States but charge extra for Hawaii and Alaska because of increased shipping costs.
Damages
Damages sustained in transit are the responsibility of the freight carrier. Please make sure to inspect your merchandise while the drivers are still present. You must note all damages on the bill of lading. DO NOT sign the bill of lading without noting damages. If you find that your merchandise is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Any damage not noted on the bill of lading may result in your claim being denied. VINTAGE HOME lifestyle can't be held responsible once the bill of lading has been signed.
